Kudita is a digital-first commerce platform that enables vendors and restaurant owners to create online storefronts, sell products, and receive payments.
Kudita does not own, sell, or deliver products listed on the platform.
All sales transactions, fulfillment, refunds, and returns are the sole responsibility of the vendor unless otherwise stated.
2. Vendor Refund Responsibility
Each vendor or restaurant on Kudita is responsible for:
Defining their own refund, return, and cancellation policies
Clearly displaying their refund terms on their storefront
Processing refunds directly to customers when applicable
Handling customer complaints and disputes professionally
Customers are advised to review the vendor’s refund policy before making a purchase.
3. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be issued by vendors in situations such as:
Failed or incomplete orders
Incorrect, damaged, or spoiled items
Non-delivery of products or meals
Order cancellations within the vendor’s stated timeframe

4. Non-Refundable Items

Kudita is not liable for financial losses resulting from disputes between customers and vendors
7. Subion and Platform Fees
Platform subion fees, service fees, or usage fees paid to Kudita are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Refunds for unused subion periods are not guaranteed.
8. Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are subject to the vendor’s cancellation policy.
Once an order has been prepared, shipped, or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.
